Two buildings stand on Lammerspieler Weg in the Offenbach-Ost district, together 108,371 m2 - 1,166,500 sq ft - and rated at 112 MW of critical IT load, split evenly at 56 MW apiece. A 110 kV substation was built on the ground to feed them. First capacity entered service in 2023, and CloudHQ shows none of the campus load as still available. The developer builds whole buildings and leases them entire to single large tenants.
