ASH1-S is Cologix's Scalelogix build in Ashburn, 455,000 square feet across three storeys at 21745 Beaumeade Circle, in the Loudoun County corridor that carries a large share of the world's internet traffic. It is configured for scale rather than single cabinets: dedicated data halls and large-scale suites, with dedicated office, storage and amenity space so a hyperscale tenant can run its own team on site. The electrical architecture is scalable and distributed-redundant, designed around large-footprint configurations. Cooling is a closed-loop, energy-efficient system whose mechanical plant sits in galleries, so maintenance happens outside the data halls and never crosses the white space. Security runs to K-rated perimeter fencing, two-factor card and biometric control, 24/7/365 personnel and VESDA throughout.
