MTL10-S is the largest facility Cologix operates in the Montréal region by power, 35 MW across more than 180,000 square feet at 530 Rue Bériault in Longueuil on the South Shore. It is also the only one running a publicly named AI workload: Consensus Core chose it in August 2024 as the Canadian hub for its GPU-as-a-Service platform, built on NVIDIA H100 and A100 hardware and sold by the hour. The campus reached its present capacity through a 15 MW expansion completed in 2019. Power reaches every rack on a 2N active distribution with static-redundant UPS, and cooling is N+1 and concurrently maintainable on direct-expansion with free cooling. Floors take 2,500 pounds per square foot, and the Montréal Internet Exchange is directly accessible.
