It supports up to 20 kW per rack, which is high for a Northern New Jersey retail floor, on multiple 2(N+1) power systems with high-efficiency UPS and individual battery validation — battery health checked cell by cell rather than string by string, which is how you avoid discovering a dead string during an actual outage. Power lands as single-pole 120V, two-pole 208V or three-phase, so a tenant does not re-engineer racks to fit the building. Cooling is N+1 continuous, configured for high-density loads. On site there are conference rooms, a server build area, showers and a kitchen.
