Cologix SV1
2050 Martin Ave., Santa Clara, CA, 95050, US
SV1 at 2050 Martin Avenue in Santa Clara is Cologix's Silicon Valley facility, 84,000 square feet on a five-acre campus with up to 9 MW of scalable power. Cabinets run from 4 to 15 kW, so the same room takes ordinary enterprise racks and genuinely dense compute without a separate deployment. The power design is unusually deep for the footprint: N+1 redundant UPS, three independent utility feeds dedicated to the facility rather than shared with neighbours, and 15 MW of generator backup — more standby capacity than the site can draw. Cooling is N+1 with cold-aisle containment and free-cooling technologies suited to the Bay Area climate. The Cologix cloud exchange here reaches hybrid and multi-cloud destinations over a single cross-connect, which is the practical reason to sit in Santa Clara rather than further out.
