TOR5 is the single-storey building beside TOR4-S on Cologix's Clegg Road campus in Markham, acquired outright from CIM Group in September 2025 and formerly marketed as the Clegg partner site. It runs more than 40,000 square feet of colocation with capacity for roughly a thousand cabinets, against 3 MW of hydro power today and a further 3 MW planned, on a site with 80,000 square feet of developable space — which matters if you are sizing a deployment you expect to outgrow. The electrical plant is unusually well documented for a facility this size: 2.2 MW of UPS in N+1 across three 1,100 kW units with ten minutes of battery, four 1.5 MW generators in N+1, and five days of on-site fuel at full load. Cooling is N+1 Liebert CRAC on Markham District Energy chilled water, under a 17-foot clear height on a 24-inch raised floor. All five major cloud on-ramps are available on site.
