CoreSite Chicago (CH2)
1432 S Clinton St., Chicago, IL, 60607, US
CH2 is where CoreSite runs production AI at scale. Opened in June 2020 as Chicago's first purpose-built greenfield data center, its 168,000-plus square feet and 18 MW now host STN's GPU One platform - 1,536 NVIDIA B200 GPUs across 24 racks, drawing more than 100 kW per cabinet on direct-to-chip liquid cooling with in-cabinet CDUs, 380 gallons per minute of flow and 2N pumping. That cluster trains Skild AI's robotics foundation model, and CoreSite reports more than 90% of customers in the same computer room are now liquid-cooled. The base facility is no less serious: N+2 generators, N+2 CRAHs, magnetic-bearing chillers with water-side economization, a four-to-make-three UPS and 2N distribution. It is one of four CoreSite buildings certified NVIDIA DGX-Ready, and the only one in this batch holding ENERGY STAR.
