CoreSite Miami (MI1)
2115 NW 22nd Street, Miami, FL, 33142, US
MI1 is CoreSite's downtown Miami building, 45,000-plus square feet that the company owns outright, and the Florida end of its Latin America routes. In February 2026 Community IX established its FL-IX exchange here, adding the largest member-run peering fabric on the East Coast to an address that already carried Any2Florida - 22 networks are now reachable on-net across the two exchanges. Power runs N+1 generators against 2N UPS, PDU and RPP distribution, with N+1 cooling, hot and cold aisle containment and dual-interlock pre-action dry-pipe fire suppression. Native AWS connectivity is available through the Open Cloud Exchange. A hundred-gigabit lit fiber link runs out to MI2 in Doral for customers wanting capacity in both.
