Purpose-built as a data center in 1984 and folded into the portfolio in June 2022, its 129,000-plus square feet sit outside the 500-year flood plain, more than forty-five miles from either Florida coast, under a roof rated to 160 mph. Resilience runs deeper than the shell: generators are N+1 with forty-eight hours of fuel, power is distributed in a twin-plant configuration with A and B feeds to every rack, supplemental generation comes from kerosene turbine engines, and a 600-foot on-site well stands behind the cooling plant as a backup water source. Magnetic-bearing chillers, pumps, towers and CRAHs are all N+1, with liquid cooling available. Thirteen networks are on-net across Any2Florida and the Central Florida Internet Exchange.
