CoreSite assembled roughly 11.4 acres on Bowers Avenue and Walsh Avenue in Santa Clara in February 2026, paying $100 million for three parcels about a mile from its operating SV campus. The land carries a city-approved entitlement for a four-story, 244,070 sq ft data center with 72 MW and a dedicated Silicon Valley Power substation, granted in August 2024. No construction start has been announced and the parcels still hold their original 1970s office buildings, so there is no capacity to reserve at this address yet. Santa Clara demand is served today from the campus a mile north, where SV4, SV7, SV8 and SV9 sell cabinets through to build-to-suit halls against 115+ networks and direct cloud on-ramps.
