NY3 launched on 25 September 2025 as the newest building on CoreSite's Secaucus campus, purpose-built for AI and high-density workloads across four stories and 138,000-plus square feet. It carries 15 critical megawatts delivered as three 5 MW data halls, backed by four rooftop medium-voltage generators of 3.5 MW each in N+2, a four-to-make-three distributed-redundant UPS and 2N distribution at PDU and RPP. Cooling comes from two 1,650-ton modular chiller plants and four cooling towers, engineered against ASHRAE twenty-year extreme weather conditions, with advanced liquid cooling available for GPU deployments. The ground slab sits five feet above grade to clear the 500-year flood plain. It stands immediately adjacent to NY2, sharing the campus address and dark fiber while offering the newer power envelope.
