CoreSite Silicon Valley (SV9)
2915 Stender Way, Santa Clara, CA, 95054, US
SV9 completed in July 2025 as the newest building on CoreSite's Santa Clara campus and its AI flagship: 228,000-plus square feet carrying a 34 MW critical IT load, fed by a dedicated 2N Silicon Valley Power substation on site with distribution at 208V or 415V. The UPS runs a four-to-make-three distributed-redundant configuration behind 2N PDU and RPP. NVIDIA certified the site under its DGX-Ready Data Center program on 9 April 2024, more than a year before the building opened, making SV9 one of only four CoreSite facilities to hold that status alongside LA3, CH2 and VA3. CoreSite publishes no kW-per-cabinet ceiling and no liquid-cooling specification for the building, so the density case rests on the substation, the power envelope and the NVIDIA certification rather than on a published rack figure.
