ATL5 opened the Lithia Springs campus with 160,200 square feet of IT space and 48 megawatts of critical load, N+1 throughout, supporting 30 kW per cabinet on air and over 100 kW liquid-cooled. Together with ATL6 beside it a tenant can contract across two very large halls on one site, which is the shape most AI capacity deals take — an initial commitment with a contracted path to several times the size. South Fulton put the 95-acre campus twenty minutes west of downtown, on land DataBank owns, where an on-site Georgia Power substation and industrial zoning made the build possible at a scale that would not fit inside the perimeter.
