DFW8 is the high-density half of the Plano campus: 126,000 square feet of IT space against 40 megawatts of critical load, supporting 45 kW per cabinet on air and beyond 100 kW liquid-cooled. It is the only building in DataBank's portfolio that combines that density with a 41-carrier ecosystem on the same campus, and that is an unusual pairing — AI capacity is normally built where land and power are cheap and carriers are thin. A tenant training models here can cross-connect to the same networks a financial or SaaS platform would use, without hauling traffic to a separate interconnection site. FedRAMP cloud, DataBank Cloud and DataBank Metal are all available in-metro.
