DigiCo Infrastructure REIT, listed in Sydney, bought both under a contract expected to close on 17 December 2024, one leg of a United States buying programme of more than $512 million financed by Goldman Sachs. The building holds about 18,000 m2 of lettable area, 6,582 m2 of it white space, behind 7.5 MW of IT power.
