Five buildings totalling 1.56 million sq ft are planned across roughly 500 acres at the north-east corner of Interstate 435 and Highway 169, in the Northland of Kansas City, Missouri. Port KC, the public port authority behind the financing, puts the full development at close to 700 MW, drawn from the adjacent Nashua Power Station and from substations built on the site. Evergy supplies the electricity under an agreement in which Google covers the full energy cost. Construction is under way; Google confirmed itself as the company behind the scheme in February 2026, and Port KC authorised up to $10 billion of taxable revenue bonds for it. This is Google's second campus in the Kansas City area.
