Equinix NY6 is the single-storey steel-frame building at 105 Enterprise Avenue South, Secaucus, opened in March 2015 as a $66M build of 720 cabinets, designed to grow to 1,440 cabinets and 33,000 sq ft, and today offering 16,393 sq ft of colocation. It was built for larger-footprint, data-intensive deployments; at its launch BATS had moved all of its US markets onto the Secaucus campus. NY6 sells Business Suites, which none of the other four Secaucus IBXs list in 2026, and distributes 240V/415V alongside 120V/208V, as NY3 does and NY2, NY4 and NY5 do not. Generators are N+1 with 30 hours or more of fuel; cooling is N+2 with free cooling and aisle containment; cabinets start at 5 kVA, and LEED is among its certifications. Buyers take Secure Cabinet Express cabinets, Business Suites or private cages and cross-connect campus-wide to NY2, NY3, NY4 and NY5.
