Flexential Tampa – West Data Center
9417 Corporate Lake Drive, Tampa, FL, 33634, US
West Tampa at 9417 Corporate Lake Drive runs 31,600 square feet against 1.81 MW, the smaller of Flexential's two Tampa buildings and the one sized for retail colocation rather than halls. It sits west of the city near the airport and the Westshore business district, which is where most of Tampa's corporate headcount actually works — a short drive for hands-on maintenance instead of a trip across the bay. A tenant can pair it with the larger North Tampa building for separated primary and secondary sites under one operator. The 100% guarantee reaches cooling, network and bandwidth as well as power, under one audit spanning HITRUST, PCI DSS, NIST 800-53 and ITAR.
