Fort Gillem (ATL15)

ATL15 is the first of two buildings Digital Realty has proposed on the former Fort Gillem army base at Forest Park, about nine miles south of downtown Atlanta, filed as a Development of Regional Impact in June 2025 under the entity Digital Fort Gillem. The two buildings together are planned across 97 acres at roughly 1.9 million sq ft and more than 200 megawatts, an investment reported at around $2 billion, with uninterruptible power designed to N+1 and Georgia Power supplying the campus. Neither building has been constructed and the operator has published no street address, floor area or certification for either. Atlanta requirements needing space now are served by the two uptown buildings.
