Fort Gillem (ATL16)

ATL16 is the second of the two data centre buildings planned for the former Fort Gillem site at Forest Park, south of Atlanta, on the redevelopment corridor along Anvil Block Road. It shares the 97-acre campus, the 200-megawatt-plus programme and the June 2025 regional impact filing with its companion building, and like that building it has not been constructed. Digital Realty publishes no page, no code and no specification for either, and the campus figures in circulation are stated for the pair together rather than split between them. Georgia Power is the supplying utility. Buyers with a live Atlanta requirement should be looking at the operator's two uptown Atlanta buildings.
