It spans 129,000 sq ft (12,000 sq m) and is designed for around 27 MW of IT capacity, making it the largest single block of Dutch capacity the operator has brought forward. Uninterruptible power is 2N, fully mirrored, with N+1 cooling and direct liquid cooling available alongside air. The first two phases opened in November 2025 and the remaining two are due through 2026. Digital Realty publishes no compliance block for the building, so certifications should be confirmed directly.
