Microsoft's DUB06 shell went up during 2014 at Grange Castle International Business Park, on the Nangor Road at Clondalkin in Dublin 22. Permitted first at 35,000 m2, the building was cut to 21,350 m2 by a 2014 amendment; taken with DUB07 alongside it, the pair comes to 49,733 m2. Critical load runs to 17.6 MW for DUB06 by itself and 49.6 MW for the two together. ESB delivers at 110 kV into a transformer compound on the 29.84-hectare application site, whose western edge follows the Griffeen River.
