Peru Shelf Technology Park is 686 acres of serviced land inside the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center in Storey County, Nevada, part of a 2,200-acre position Tract assembled there. Tract acquires, zones, entitles and develops master-planned data centre parks and then hands them on; it runs no facilities of its own, so what began at the groundbreaking on 30 April 2024 was horizontal work - NV Energy switch stations and wet utilities - rather than a building. Full buildout is drawn around as much as 810 MW of utility capacity. For anyone scouting northern Nevada, that is what the site marks: land and power being made ready east of Sparks, in the industrial park that already holds Switch's Citadel campus.
