A six-storey warehouse in Fanling, converted and let whole to one customer, sits oddly in an estate otherwise built around the Tseung Kwan O interconnection cluster. iAdvantage took 11 On Chuen Street on an asset-light lease from Orientfunds Sourcing (Holdings) Limited - a joint venture in which Sun Hung Kai Properties holds 50 per cent, Kwok Tsang Limited 35 and Happy Wish International Limited 15 - for a term of eleven years and five months with a three-year renewal option, at HK$251m of total rent. The building runs to roughly 129,000 sq ft and 10 MW of IT power, committed in full to a single cloud customer under a master service agreement before it opened in June 2022. SUNeVision reported it fully ramped up in its results for the year to June 2025. It does not appear on iAdvantage's own locations page.
