Site preparation on the 14-to-18 block of Switch's Core Campus was under way in the second quarter of 2022, when $60.9 million of campus capital expenditure covered construction and tenant improvements at Las Vegas 15 plus site work for buildings 14, 16, 17 and 18. That is the last building-level detail Switch published: DigitalBridge and IFM Investors took the company private in December 2022, and its facility list stops at the end of 2021 with nine operating Core Campus buildings — up to 2,340,000 gross sq ft and 311 MW — running to Las Vegas 12. Clark County approved a further building, LAS 19, on 17 June 2026.
