Clayton County's Board of Commissioners approved the site plan and a maximum structure height increase here on 15 October 2024, voting 3-1 over objections from eight residents about traffic, noise and wells. The county's development authority followed on 12 June 2025 with a ten-year property tax abatement against a stated $959 million investment, worth roughly $36 million to the developer while generating about $93 million in tax over its term. TA Digital Group plans a single building of 725,000 sq ft on 35 acres with its own substation, and tags this one project for AI power density. It is the smallest entry in the developer's Georgia book and the only one that is not a multi-building campus.

What employment is attached to the project?
Roughly 700 construction workers during the build, and about 30 full-time staff plus 30 contractors once operational.
