KUL10 in Cyberjaya, Selangor, is the building Malaysians have known for years as TelcoHub 1 and the address with which Digital Realty entered the Malaysian market in June 2026, acquiring it from CSF Advisers along with the operating team. It carries about 1.5 MW of IT capacity today, with the operator stating an intention to roughly double that by the end of 2027, and its real value is carrier density rather than floor: more than forty network service providers are reachable inside the building, which is unusual for a facility of this size and makes it a practical aggregation point for Malaysian and regional traffic. Digital Realty has not yet published a facility page, redundancy design or compliance block for it.
