The park lies between Appling and Harlem, off Morris Callaway Road and Innovation Parkway west of Augusta, and the rezoning covers about 1,900 acres. As filed the proposal runs to 8,076,000 sq ft of buildings, of which 8,004,000 sq ft is data centre. Georgia Power is the utility partner: Google committed to cover the whole of the power cost associated with the development under the county's Ratepayer Protection Pledge, and Georgia Power to hold rates stable through 2028. Columbia County attached covenants on noise, lighting, visual impact, water-supply protection and end-of-life planning. No megawatt figure has been published and no construction confirmed.
