STT Tokyo 1 opened on 25 June 2025, the first Japanese data centre ST Telemedia Global Data Centres has built and the first of two buildings on its campus at Kaguro-Minami 2 Chome in Inzai City, Chiba. The building takes up to 32 MW when fully fitted, and the pair together are designed for up to 70 MW across 60,000 sq m of gross floor area, on an estate Goodman developed and owns. Inzai lies on the Chiba side of Greater Tokyo, roughly 40 km from the city centre, and holds much of the region's large-footprint capacity. STT GDC sells colocation, connectivity and support here to cloud providers, financial institutions, content platforms and Japanese enterprises. STT Tokyo 2 carries the same street address.
