NRT10 opened in September 2021 as the first building on the Inzai campus that MC Digital Realty, the joint venture between Mitsubishi Corporation and Digital Realty, operates in Chiba Prefecture east of Tokyo. It is a five-storey, base-isolated building of 37,850 sq m carrying 39 MW of IT capacity across roughly 4,800 racks at an effective average of 9 kW each. Both plant paths, electrical and mechanical, are N+1. Seventeen networks reach it across three internet exchanges — BBIX Tokyo, JPIX and JPNAP — which makes it the interconnection building of the campus. Five compliance marks are published.
