HND11 is the south block of the MCC Mitaka Building at 8-7-2 Shimorenjaku in Mitaka, western Tokyo — a Mitsubishi Corporation building contributed to the MC Digital Realty joint venture at its formation in 2017. Completed in October 2013, it runs to 14,573 sq m over four storeys on a base-isolated frame with forty damping devices, and carries 13.5 MW of IT capacity. Power is configured N+1 and cooling N+2, the more redundant cooling design of the two used in Japan. The site sits more than twenty kilometres from Tokyo Bay at 53 metres elevation, about thirty minutes by train from Shinjuku. Digital Realty publishes no compliance block for it.
