NRT12 came into service in March 2024 as the second building on the joint venture's Inzai campus in Chiba Prefecture, and at 296,000 sq ft (27,500 sq m) over six base-isolated storeys it is the largest of the three. It carries 34 MW of IT capacity across roughly 4,000 racks, with N+1 on both the electrical and the cooling paths, and publishes five compliance marks. MC Digital Realty states that NRT10 and NRT12 are the first data centres in the Inzai area able to reach all three of Japan's major internet exchanges, BBIX, JPNAP and JPIX, with BBIX available from October 2025. The campus as a whole is planned to exceed 100 MW.
