Density is the selling point: liquid-cooled configurations go to 100 kW per rack, delivered through cooling distribution units with redundant piping so that a failure is contained within one rack. Design PUE is 1.4. Each building takes two independent power feeds, floors bear 1.5 tonnes per m2, and the structure combines base isolation with vertical damping to hold computer-room floor acceleration below 250 cm/s2. Canon ITS rates the facility Tier 4 against the Japan Data Center Council's facility standard, a Japanese scheme rather than an Uptime Institute award. Published marks run to ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO 22301, ISO 14001, PCI DSS, a SOC 2 Type 1 report and compliance with the FISC guidelines, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government recognised the site as a top-tier greenhouse-gas performer in 2025.
