Digital Realty 43940 Digital Loudoun Plaza (IAD35)
43940 Digital Loudoun Plaza, Ashburn, VA, 20147, US
IAD35 at 43940 Digital Loudoun Plaza in Ashburn is Building G, and at 392,800 sq ft over two storeys it is the largest of the four halls on the Digital Loudoun Plaza parcel. Power runs 2N with cooling at N+2, the heavier of the two cooling postures used on this campus. Cogent, Comcast, Megaport and PacketFabric are present, and the MegaIX Ashburn exchange is reachable from the floor. The interconnection ecosystem here is deliberately modest compared with a carrier hotel — this is wholesale space where a tenant brings its own carriers rather than buying into a dense meet-me fabric, and the building is sized accordingly.
