CloudHQ's LC campus occupies the corner of Waxpool Road and Loudoun County Parkway in Ashburn, planned as fourteen data centers and more than 1.7 GW of critical IT load across 8.5 million sq ft. A second CloudHQ figure puts the campus at 1,256 MW, 756 MW of it still available, with new halls ready for service within 20 months. LC1A and LC2 are built and leased, holding 160 MW and 403,410 sq ft of raised floor between them, and in April 2026 both were pledged against a $1.4 billion securitization backed by two investment-grade hyperscale leases. LC3 and LC4 are under construction. In October 2024 the Loudoun County Planning Commission voted 6-0 to recommend a 965,038 sq ft concept-plan amendment on 26 CloudHQ acres at Loudoun County Parkway and Lockridge Road, raising floor-area ratio from 0.6 to 1.0.
