QTS Manassas is a 105-acre campus on Godwin Drive and Freedom Center Boulevard in Manassas, planned for six buildings and 190 MW of critical capacity. Three buildings are operating: DC1 at 9400 Godwin Drive, DC2 at 9420 Godwin Drive and DC5 at 9301 Freedom Center Boulevard; DC3, DC4 and DC6 have no assigned address yet. The campus began in March 2018 with 61 acres of vacant land and a 24 MW powered-shell lease to a global cloud company commencing in the first quarter of 2019, on a site then expected to support 85 MW. In September 2022 QTS applied to rezone 20 adjoining acres at 10680 University Boulevard, bought in 2018 for $5 million, for up to 323,526 sq ft of data centers, with the campus then counted at 150 acres. A redundant campus fiber conduit system carries express fiber to each building. Buyers can take halls in the operating buildings or a build-to-suit on the remaining pads.
