CloudHQ's MDC campus is a 1,000,000 sq ft, 300 MW development in the centre of the Manassas data center market, just south of the Routes 28 and 234 intersection in Prince William County. Two substations on the site supply the full 300 MW of critical IT load, deliverable in multiple configurations, and as of October 2026 all 300 MW stood available with ready-for-service inside 20 months. The campus sits on the Manassas Fiber Highway, CloudHQ's exclusive conduit duct system running from its Manassas campuses to the long-haul fiber interconnection points along I-66, and connects directly to the MCC campus to the south. The first building, MDC1, can be delivered within twenty-two months of a tenant commitment, with MDC2 and MDC3 to follow. A buyer here contracts a build-to-suit on a powered site rather than taking existing halls, and can shape the power configuration before design is fixed.
