Evocative IAD1
1807 Michael Faraday Court, Reston, VA, 20190, US
Evocative IAD1 is a 25,000 sq ft colocation floor at 1807 Michael Faraday Court in Reston, with room to grow to 53,000 sq ft and from 2.2 MW to 5.7 MW inside the same building. Evocative took over operations in January 2018 under a long-term lease from Lincoln Rackhouse with an option to buy, in a building Digital Realty had sold to Netrality in 2016. Cooling runs on fourteen 30-ton DX units with a rooftop air-cooled condenser, and critical power reaches the floor through dual transformer PDUs behind two 200 kVA UPS modules and redundant utility transformers. Dark fiber and wavelength services run from here to Equinix DC5, Megaport is on net, and four networks terminate in the building. A SOC 2 Type II audit covers the site. Inventory runs from a single server to a private suite, and Evocative's current location list no longer shows the site, so availability needs confirming with the operator.
