Its first phase opened in Q2 2020 as a $111 million build of 1,600 cabinet equivalents, and the two-storey precast-concrete building now publishes 115,604 sq ft of colocation on a 250 psf slab. It runs 240V/415V distribution from a 5 kVA cabinet minimum, with N+1 UPS, N+1 generators and 30+ hours of fuel, while cooling is N+20% with free cooling, decoupled dehumidification, hot/cold aisle containment and a high-density option.
