CENTRA Reno (RNO1)
200 S Virginia St, Reno, NV, 89501, US
CENTRA RNO1 is the meet-me room and colocation floor that CENTRA Digital Interconnect runs inside 200 S Virginia Street, the downtown Reno carrier building, where it has operated since 2021. AT&T, Lumen, Charter Spectrum, Windstream, Zayo and Verizon are among the fiber tenants in the building, four networks register a presence here, and CENTRA runs the interconnection room where they cross-connect. The site is CENTRA's original Reno presence; the company's second Reno building, RNO2 at 265 Keystone Avenue, is a separate 230,000 sq ft project with 4.4 MW of utility power due in Q4 2026, and none of those figures apply at Virginia Street. Floor area, critical load and audit scope for RNO1 are not public. Buyers come here for cabinets and cross-connects at the city's downtown fiber meeting point rather than for megawatt halls, which belong to Keystone Avenue.
