Cologix calls MTL11 Montréal's second carrier hotel, six blocks from MTL3 at 875 Rue Saint-Antoine Ouest in a 1992 building of concrete, granite, glass and steel. It offers 25,000-plus square feet against 1 MW, with more than thirty carriers on site reached through two meet-me rooms and seven independent fiber entry points, and a dedicated dark-fiber ring back to MTL3. Cooling is a 600-ton N+1 Trane chilled-water plant; power runs N+1 on two 225 kVA UPS units behind two building entrances, one active and one passive. It is the only Montréal facility for which Cologix publishes a seismic rating, 2A. Eighteen networks are on-net here, with Arelion, EBOX and EXA Infrastructure among them and on-ramps to AWS, Google Cloud, Azure and IBM Cloud.
