MTL3 is the anchor of Cologix's Montréal campus and the building everything else connects back to. Its 33,000 square feet inside the tower at 1250 Boulevard René-Lévesque West hold Cologix's largest Montréal meet-me room, with 85 networks and two exchanges on site, and it hosts the spine switches of QIX, the Québec Internet Exchange, with leaf switches at other Cologix buildings homed back here over diverse dark fiber. Carriers on site include Arelion, EBOX, EXA Infrastructure and i3D.net, alongside on-ramps to AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Oracle and IBM Cloud. Cooling is a 600-ton N+1 chilled-water plant with in-row units; UPS capacity runs in both N+1 and 2N configurations behind two power entrances. This is where Montréal routes to Europe, New York and Toronto begin.
