MTL4 is Cologix's east-end Montréal facility, 12,000 square feet at 7171 Jean-Talon Street East in Anjou, and the only one of the twelve on that side of the island. It came to Cologix through the Canix Colo acquisition in 2012 and is sold as enterprise colocation rather than as an interconnection hub — the reason to take space here is geographic separation from the downtown corridor, with Metro Connect carrying traffic back to the MTL3 meet-me room. Power runs N+1 on UPS with generators in 2N; cooling is hot-aisle containment over perimeter CRAC on a chilled-water loop. Ten or more networks sit in the on-site meet-me room, more than a hundred are reachable across the city, and CANIX Montréal is available. Dark fiber can be ordered into the building.
