MTL12 is the second Cologix facility inside 3000 Boulevard René-Lévesque in Verdun, a separate leased suite from MTL2 rather than a separate building. Cologix acquired it out of Cyxtera's portfolio in December 2020; before that it was Cyxtera's YUL1, and before that it came to CenturyLink as part of a fifty-seven-facility purchase in 2017. Physical security is unusually heavy for the footprint, including a bullet-resistant security cabin.
