EdgeConneX JAX01 occupies Unit 105 at 6602 Executive Park Court North, a 17,570 sq ft facility within five miles of downtown Jacksonville with 6,812 sq ft of raised floor for tenant racks. It was one of three Florida edge data centers EdgeConneX announced in March 2015 for an opening at the end of that second quarter, together with Tallahassee and the first Miami site. The floor supports 20 kW per cabinet and 600 W per sq ft over a 30-inch underfloor plenum, with N+1 CRACs in separate suites and concurrently maintainable N+1 PDU, UPS and generator chains. The EPA has certified the building ENERGY STAR on twelve months of verified energy performance. Six networks are on site, among them AT&T, Cloudflare, Cogent, Comcast, Crown Castle, Hargray, Lumen and Uniti. Cabinets and caged space are sold here, with remote hands from the 24/7 NOC.
