The shell is built for Florida: reinforced walls, dropdown steel door barriers and honeycomb steel window screens rated to stop a 200 mph projectile, which is a specification most hurricane-rated buildings do not publish. Power is 2N on UPS with N+1 generation, cooling is N+1 DX. Eight or more unique networks sit in the Cologix meet-me room, with dark fiber running to the JAX1 carrier hotel at 421 West Church Street for the full thirty-plus network ecosystem. Security is layered with turnstile mantraps and badge plus biometric checkpoints on every entrance and mission-critical area.
