43790 Devin Shafron Drive is a 152,138 sq ft single-story data center on the Digital Realty Devin Shafron campus in Ashburn, sold to Menlo Equities in September 2021 and now held under its Menlo Digital operating platform. Before the sale it was Digital Realty's Building E, leased to Amazon Web Services as IAD-13 under a lease that ran to May 2021, with 10 MW of capacity in this building. Menlo Digital places the site within ten minutes of Dulles and close to the MAE-East exchange point, sharing the campus fiber entries and security perimeter of its Digital Realty neighbours. Menlo Equities formed Menlo Digital in July 2025 to run its fourteen operating data centers, and this is one of two it owns in Ashburn, the other being 21551 Beaumeade Circle. A buyer here takes a whole-building or large-suite position in a former hyperscale shell rather than cabinets.
