Bell's largest AI Fabric site is a 300 MW data centre in the Rural Municipality of Sherwood, Saskatchewan, just outside Regina - the RM that contains the locality of Richardson. BCE announced it on 16 March 2026 as a C$1.7 billion investment, with construction starting in spring 2026 and the first stage operational in the first half of 2027. Cerebras and CoreWeave are named as compute partners, SaskTel provides the fibre backbone, and the George Gordon First Nation and the Government of Saskatchewan are partners in the project. No street address, floor area or power utility has been published, and construction has yet to begin.
