The second Kamloops facility in Bell's AI Fabric programme is a 26 MW build on the Thompson Rivers University campus, targeted to open in 2026, with a third of the same size following in 2027. Bell announced all three Kamloops sites on 28 May 2025 within a national plan of six facilities and more than 500 MW, powered by hydroelectricity and sold as sovereign Canadian AI compute. Neither 26 MW building has broken ground, and no street address or floor area has been published for either.
