COL4-S is Cologix's AI-ready building in Columbus, 256,000 square feet purpose-built for GPU-density workloads on a seven-acre parcel at 7500 Alta View Boulevard, adjacent to the Scherers Court campus. It completed construction in May 2024, carries up to 33 MW across three data halls, and is marketed under the Scalelogix hyperscale brand alongside COL3-S. In June 2025 Lambda and Supermicro deployed the first NVIDIA HGX B200-accelerated AI clusters in Columbus here, which is the clearest available signal of what the building is provisioned for. Private dark fiber links it directly to COL1, COL2 and COL3-S, so a tenant can put training capacity in this building and keep interconnection and network egress on the established campus meet-me room minutes away. More than fifty unique networks sit in its own Cologix-controlled meet-me room, and the building adds a green roof, a rooftop platform and electric-car charging with renewable power options.
